Our prices are a day for apartment all inclusive (water,
electric energy, etc...)
Booking at least 7 days (option also 3/4 nights)
Ending cleaning one room apartment € 30,00
Ending cleaning two room apartment and three room apartment € 40,00
The Casa Bianca has the elevator
The apartment can be available from 12,00 of the day of arrival. Check
in in our office in Casa Bianca.
In case of delay over the date and the time pointed out in the contract it
is made obligation to the client to phone to the Holiday srl to arrange
the withdrawal of the keys.
The apartment must be leaves free with it definitively redelivers some keys within
the hours 9 of the day of departure.
ANTICIPATE DEPARTURE: the price of the location is agreed upon for
the established period and it cannot suffer reductions in case of advance
of the departure.
The apartment is provided with of all furnish (cutlery, dish objects from
kitchen, refrigerator, mattresses, covers and pillows).
Laundry (sheets and towels): on application during the booking € 7,00
to person.
Bed for children: free (on application during the booking).
